Chand Palace, nestled at 989 Rue Jean-Talon O in Montréal, is a must-visit for Indian cuisine enthusiasts. Patrons rave about the authenticity and flavor of the dishes, establishing it as a favorite spot among visitors from nearby Ottawa. Manju Shankar highlights the restaurant's knack for delivering simple yet flavorful Indian food that keeps them coming back.
Well-loved dishes such as the Chicken Tikka Masala receive high praise for their taste and consistency, exemplified by Sergio Tellez's delightful experience. Customers note that although there may be occasional inconsistencies, most of the time, the offerings are either delicious or simply good, making it worth the visit. With its cozy ambiance, particularly when dine-in, guests can enjoy a BYOB experience which adds to the charm.
The atmosphere tends to get lively on weekends, so arriving early is wise, as Xavier Amodeo notes the crowd can lead to wait times. The naan bread stands out, capturing the hearts of many, while generous portions ensure that meals cater to both hungry individuals and couples alike. Chand Palace promises not just a meal, but a journey into the rich depths of Indian culinary tradition.

Amazing food, best indian on the corner and in montreal. It sometime is inconsistent but 8 times out of 10 it’s delicious with 2 out of 10 with it just being good. So it’s either delicious or good! If you dine in it’s byob. It does get really packed on fridays and saturdays so go in early! Because you’ll have to wait..

My favorite Indian restaurant in Montreal. Have been there so many times. You can bring your own wine. Love to start with veggie pakora, crispy and delicious love the veggie mix and Biryani rice. Great service
